Can you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship internationally (excluding oils and other dangerous goods). We do not market directly to overseas customers however we can supply to overseas customers if requested. Cost of overseas delivery is calculated based on the weight and size of the order.

Is your credit card processing secure?

Yes, we use a secure credit card payment gateway provided by eWay (http://www.eway.com.au/). We do not keep your credit card information stored in our database at any time.

Do you sell Genuine KTM Parts and Accessories?

Yes, KTM Parts Online is run by North Coast KTM a KTM franchised dealership based on the North Coast of NSW, Australia.

I can get the same part on another site cheaper, why the price difference?

Please check the supplier is selling Genuine KTM Parts. We often have people email us telling us they have found cheaper prices but the parts are often not Genuine KTM.

Why are your prices different to the USA dealers?

Our pricing is based on the RRP set by KTM Australia and we have no control over the costs set by KTM in Austria as negotiated with KTM Australia. 

Do you have all parts in stock?

We do keep a large inventory however because our aim is to make every part for every KTM available we cannot hold that much stock on hand. We typically rely upon KTM Australia’s stock level which is why we say to allow 3-5 days delivery. When products are not held by KTM Australia, we back-order from the KTM factory in Austria and the typical delivery time is approximately 4 weeks. We notify you if there is a delay and offer a refund or exchange if the delay is not acceptable.

Can I advertise on ktmpartsonline.com?

We will accept advertising from products or events that we support, however we will not accept advertising from unrelated subject matter. We prefer a simple clean looking site that allows our customers to enjoy their experience of shopping for KTM products online.

Can I get a discount for telling my friends to shop with you?

Rather than offer discounts, we prefer you sign up as an affiliate and earn an 8% commission for all referrals. Our affiliate program lets you add a product to your blog, FaceBook, email etc. When your friends click on the link and make a purchase we give you an 8% commission.
